At NYRALONDON, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bespoke or personalized home decor pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the home items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure fragile home goods arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
